Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Brand Vibe Consulting ("Brand Vibe", "we", "us") is a growth and AI consultancy based at 4th Floor, Times Square Building, Andheri (E), Mumbai- 400059, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data you share with us through this website or when you register for one of our events or webinars, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"). For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Brand Vibe is the Data Fiduciary in respect of that data.

2. What we collect

We collect only the personal data you choose to give us. When you submit the enquiry or growth-audit form, that is:

  • Your name
  • Your work email address
  • Your company name (optional)
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • The message or enquiry details you write

If you register for one of our events or webinars, see 'Events and webinars' below for what we collect and why.

We do not run advertising trackers and we never sell data. Our hosting provider records standard technical server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability, as is normal for any website.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used in aggregate — which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and which content leads to an enquiry. This sets cookies and collects a truncated IP address, device type and approximate location. It is used only to improve the site; it is not used for advertising, remarketing or profiling, and it is never combined with the details you submit through a form.

You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by using your browser's Do Not Track or cookie-blocking settings.

3. How we use your data

We use the data you submit only to:

  • Respond to your enquiry or growth-audit request
  • Communicate with you about a potential or ongoing engagement
  • Keep a record of our correspondence
  • Run events and webinars you register for (see 'Events and webinars')

We will not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we will never sell them.

4. Events and webinars

When you register for a Brand Vibe event or online webinar, we collect the details the registration form asks for. That is usually:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company and job title, if the form asks for them
  • Your phone number, if you choose to give it
  • Any questions you send in before or during the session

We use these details to confirm your place, send you the joining link, reminders and session materials, and answer your questions. After the session we may email you about its topic, such as the slides or a recording, and every email lets you opt out. We add you to wider marketing only if you tell us you want it.

Registration and the live session run on a third-party event or meeting platform, which is named on the registration page. It handles your registration and attendance details on our behalf, and also under its own privacy policy.

If a session is recorded, we say so on the registration page or at the start of the session. A recording can include your name and anything you say aloud or type in the chat. If you would rather not appear in it, keep your camera and microphone off.

We keep registration details on the same basis as enquiry data (see 'How long we keep it'), and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

5. Legal basis (consent)

Under the DPDP Act, we process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you voluntarily submit a form or register for an event, and for the certain legitimate uses the Act permits — principally, responding to a request you have made of us. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see 'Your rights' below); doing so does not affect processing already carried out.

6. Who we share it with

We keep your data confidential and share it only with the service providers ('Data Processors') needed to operate this site and respond to you:

  • Our email delivery service, which relays your submission to our inbox
  • Our website host and email provider, which store and transmit the message
  • Google Analytics, which processes aggregate site-usage data on our behalf (analytics only — never your enquiry details)
  • The event or meeting platform for any webinar you register for, named on its registration page
  • Maveriko (maveriko.com), our own SEO and AI-readiness scanner. If you use the AI-visibility scan, the web address you enter is sent from your browser to Maveriko to be analysed, and the resulting scores are shown back to you. Only that address is sent — no personal details, and nothing is sent unless you run a scan.

These providers process data on our instructions. We do not otherwise disclose your data except where required by law.

7. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and event registration data only for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable record of our business correspondence, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to erase it sooner (see below).

8. Your rights under the DPDP Act

As a Data Principal, you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it
  • Correct, complete or update inaccurate data
  • Erase your data where it is no longer needed
  • Withdraw consent you have previously given
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity
  • Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved

9. How we protect your data

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

10. Children

This website and our services are directed at businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18.

11. Grievance Officer

For any question or complaint about how your data is handled, contact our grievance point at info@brandvibe.co.in. We will acknowledge and address grievances within the timelines required by the DPDP Act. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
