1. Who we are

Brand Vibe Consulting ("Brand Vibe", "we", "us") is a growth and AI consultancy based at 4th Floor, Times Square Building, Andheri (E), Mumbai- 400059, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data you share with us through this website, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"). For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Brand Vibe is the Data Fiduciary in respect of that data.

2. What we collect

We collect only the personal data you choose to give us. When you submit the enquiry or growth-audit form, that is:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your company name (optional)
• Your phone number (optional)
• The message or enquiry details you write

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data. Our hosting provider records standard technical server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability, as is normal for any website.

3. How we use your data

We use the data you submit only to:

• Respond to your enquiry or growth-audit request
• Communicate with you about a potential or ongoing engagement
• Keep a record of our correspondence

We will not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we will never sell them.

4. Legal basis (consent)

Under the DPDP Act, we process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you voluntarily submit the form, and for the certain legitimate uses the Act permits — principally, responding to a request you have made of us. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see 'Your rights' below); doing so does not affect processing already carried out.

5. Who we share it with

We keep your data confidential and share it only with the service providers ('Data Processors') needed to operate this site and respond to you:

• Our form-delivery provider (Web3Forms), which relays your submission to our email inbox
• Our website host and email provider, which store and transmit the message

These providers process data on our instructions. We do not otherwise disclose your data except where required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable record of our business correspondence, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to erase it sooner (see below).

7. Your rights under the DPDP Act

As a Data Principal, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it
• Correct, complete or update inaccurate data
• Erase your data where it is no longer needed
• Withdraw consent you have previously given
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved

8. How we protect your data

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

9. Children

This website and our services are directed at businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18.

10. Grievance Officer

For any question or complaint about how your data is handled, contact our grievance point at info@brandvibe.co.in. We will acknowledge and address grievances within the timelines required by the DPDP Act. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
