01- What does a media consultant do?
+
- A media consultant helps a business spend its media budget better, or helps a media company earn more. For advertisers, that means choosing the right channels, setting measures and checking the agency's work. For media owners, it means new revenue lines, better ad sales and pricing, and new products for advertisers.
02- Do you work with companies outside India?
+
- Yes. We work with advertisers and media companies worldwide, mostly remotely, with visits where the work needs them. Bithindra Biswas ran regional marketing for Procter & Gamble across Asia Pacific from Singapore, so plans that span several countries are familiar ground.
03- Are you a media buying agency?
+
- No. We do not buy media or earn a share of your media spend, so our advice has no reason to favour one channel or seller. We work alongside your media agency, review its plans and buying, and help you hold it to clear measures.
04- Can you help a radio station or newspaper grow revenue?
+
- Yes, that is half of the practice. We look for revenue the rate card misses: branded content, events, new advertiser categories, digital products and a sharper sales team. For the Dainik Bhaskar Group in 2024–25, we took a new business line from zero to $500K in yearly revenue within eight months.
05- How much does media consulting cost?
+
- A fixed-scope project, such as a media strategy and plan review, is priced as part of our marketing, brand and sales consulting, from ₹2L / $4,000. Ongoing senior leadership of your media and marketing is available as a fractional CMO from ₹1.5L / $3,000 a month. Both are fixed before work starts.
