01- What is the WhatsApp Business API, and do I need it?
+
- The WhatsApp Business API is Meta's platform for businesses that need automation beyond the free WhatsApp Business app: chatbots, several team members on one number, and connections to a CRM or website. If one person can comfortably answer your enquiries from one phone, the app is enough; if not, the API is the step up.
02- How much does WhatsApp Business API cost in India?
+
- There are two parts. Our setup is a fixed fee: ₹40,000–75,000 for an API chatbot, or ₹75,000–1,25,000 with follow-ups and campaigns. Separately, Meta charges per message for certain message types at its published rates, billed by Meta directly to your account, so you see exactly what you pay.
03- Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
+
- In most cases, yes. Moving a number onto the API depends on how it is registered today, so we check your number's eligibility on the first call, before you pay anything, and tell you plainly if a new number would be simpler.
04- Can I send bulk WhatsApp messages to my customers?
+
- Only to customers who have agreed to hear from you, and only using message templates that Meta has approved. We set that up properly, because messaging people who have not opted in is the fastest way to get a business number restricted.
05- Will the chatbot give wrong answers?
+
- It answers only from the information you give us — prices, policies, FAQs — and hands the chat to a person when it is unsure. You review every answer before launch, and we adjust it in the first weeks as real questions come in.
06- How long does WhatsApp automation take to set up?
+
- Three to five days for the WhatsApp Business app, one to two weeks for an API chatbot, and two to three weeks with follow-ups and campaigns. Meta's own business verification can add a few days, which we start on day one.
