AI Training in India for Indian and Global Companies

This AI training is built for two buyers: Indian companies, and global companies whose teams work in India. The session runs with your team in India hours, and a sponsor abroad books the scoping call and the 60-day review from times shown in their own time zone.

In short

AI training in India from Brand Vibe is a hands-on one-day workshop for 20 to 30 people, run on the team's own live work. It suits Indian companies and global firms with India teams, on site or remote, from ₹1.5L / $3,000, and adoption is reviewed 60 days later.

Why India

Built for how India actually buys.

India is not a generic market, and the buying behaviour here is specific. These are the three things that change how the work is run.

  1. 01

One sponsor abroad, one team in India

When the budget holder sits in Singapore or the United States and the team sits in India, the day itself runs in India hours alongside the team. The sponsor's part, the scoping call and the 60-day review, is a separate booked appointment, so the work never waits on two calendars lining up every day.

  2. 02

One rate card, read the same in both currencies

Prices are published in rupees and US dollars side by side, so a sponsor abroad and a manager in India are reading the same number. The figure is fixed before the day is scheduled, whichever side of the border signs off the budget.

  3. 03

India's data-protection law applies wherever the team sits

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act covers digital personal data processed in India, whichever city the team works from. Sessions teach review-gated habits: AI prepares drafts and summaries, and a person signs off anything that reaches a customer.

How we help

The engagements behind it.

These are the engagements that deliver it. Each is fixed in scope and price before it starts, and each hands over something your team runs afterwards.

It was an absolute pleasure to host you and get your nuggets of wisdom on AI. I really appreciate workshops which dwell on practical application of concepts rather than being completely theoretical and yours was right up there.

India questions

Questions we’re asked.

01
How much does corporate AI training cost in India?
A one-day workshop for 20 to 30 participants starts at ₹1.5L / $3,000, and rollouts across several teams are priced on scope. The figure is agreed before the day is scheduled, and it covers tailoring the session to the tasks your team really handles.
02
Our head office is in the US or Singapore. Can you train the team at our India centre?
Yes. The session runs with your team in India, in India hours, on site or remote. The scoping call and the 60-day review are booked as appointments with the sponsor, and the price is quoted in rupees and dollars so both sides approve the same figure.
03
Is the training on site or remote?
Both are offered. In person suits a team in one office, where the facilitator can unblock people on their real tasks as they work, while remote suits a team spread across cities. The format is agreed at scoping, before the price is fixed.
04
Does the training take India's data-protection law into account?
Yes. The sessions are built around review-gated ways of working that respect the Digital Personal Data Protection Act: AI drafts, ranks or summarises, and a person approves anything that goes to a customer. Teams in regulated sectors such as banking and insurance learn the same habits.
05
How is the result measured?
Sixty days after the session we review what changed: time spent on routine tasks before and after, the quality of the AI output, and what blocked the rest of the team. The sponsor receives those findings, not an attendance count.
06
Which teams do you train?
Sales, marketing, operations and leadership, each on its own track. Leadership teams get a working day of their own, priced as a workshop, which pairs with the company-wide adoption programme when the aim is change across the business.
