AI Training for Business Teams
Most corporate AI training is a tool tour. Everyone leaves impressed, nobody changes how they work on Monday, and the licences quietly go unused. The difference between training that sticks and training that does not is whether people practised on their own live work in the room — their pipeline, their brief, their reconciliation — with someone senior enough to say when the output is not good enough.

In short
AI training is structured, hands-on upskilling that gets a team using AI on its real work rather than watching a demonstration. Brand Vibe Consulting runs AI training and workshops for sales, marketing, operations and leadership teams in India and worldwide, built on the team's own live work and measured on adoption at sixty days.

What AI training should actually change.

A tool tour does not change behaviour
Showing a team ten tools produces enthusiasm and no adoption, because the hard part was never the interface. It is knowing which task is worth handing over, how to brief it so the output is usable, and how to check it before it reaches a customer. We spend the session on those three things and cover far fewer tools than a typical vendor workshop does.
- 02
Trained on your work, not on a sandbox
Participants bring live work into the room — a real account plan, a real campaign brief, a real month-end process — and leave with it finished and a reusable prompt or workflow for the next one. That is the whole design. It also surfaces the awkward truth a generic course hides: some of the work a team does is not worth automating, and knowing which is which is most of the value.

Adoption at sixty days is the only honest measure
Attendance and satisfaction scores are easy to hit and tell you nothing. We agree in advance which workflows should have changed, then check at sixty days whether they actually did and what got in the way. For BFSI teams the same session runs inside the compliance perimeter, so nothing practised in the room is something the team is not allowed to do at their desk.

Questions we’re asked.
- What is AI training for business teams?
- AI training is practical instruction that teaches a working team to apply AI to its own tasks — briefing, drafting, analysis, qualification, reporting — and to judge the output. It differs from a general AI course in that the curriculum is the team's real work rather than generic examples, and success is measured by what changed afterwards.
- What does an AI workshop cost in India?
- Brand Vibe runs AI workshops from ₹1.5L / $3,000 for a group of twenty to thirty participants, delivered on site or remotely, as a single day or a multi-week rollout. Pricing is fixed before the work begins. Public courses cost less per head but train on generic material; the difference is whether anything changes in your workflows.
- What is the difference between an AI workshop and an AI course?
- A course teaches concepts to individuals on a fixed curriculum, usually asynchronously. A workshop takes an intact team through its own live work in a room together, so the output is finished work plus a shared standard for what good looks like. Courses build awareness; workshops change how a team operates, which is why we run the latter.
- Which teams get the most from AI training?
- Teams that carry a number and produce a lot of written or analytical work: sales, marketing, customer operations, finance reporting and leadership. In Mumbai that concentrates in BFSI, media, manufacturing and B2B services. Teams whose work is mostly physical, or governed by regulated decisioning that AI must not touch, get less — and we say so before scoping.
- How do you measure whether AI training worked?
- We agree the target workflows before the session, then review at sixty days which ones actually changed, how much time came out, and what blocked the rest. That review is part of the engagement rather than an upsell. Attendance, satisfaction and tool logins are reported if you want them, but none of them predict adoption.
