AI Leadership Training for Executive Teams, Run In-House
A leadership team's AI problem is a decision problem, not a skills problem. Someone has to choose where to start, what to build versus buy, where the data boundary sits and who owns adoption, and a certificate earned individually does not make those decisions for the team.

Based in Mumbai? AI training in Mumbai
In short
AI leadership training is an in-house working session that equips a leadership team to decide where AI pays back, govern it and sponsor adoption. Brand Vibe Consulting runs it for founders, CXOs and management teams of mid-market companies in India and worldwide, on the company's own numbers, not case studies.

What AI leadership training should actually change.
The test for AI leadership training is whether anything is measurably different ninety days later. These are the three places it usually has to show up.
- 01
Why a campus programme does not change the Monday decision
Executive programmes at the business schools are good, and our founder teaches at two of them. They are built for an individual: a credential, a cohort of strangers, case studies about other companies. A leadership team that needs to decide its own AI sequence next quarter needs the opposite unit and setting — the whole team, in one room, working on its own numbers and leaving with decisions rather than a certificate.
- 02
The five decisions a leadership team has to make
Where AI pays back first, ranked by return and readiness rather than by what is fashionable. What to build versus buy, and on whose infrastructure. Where the data boundary sits — what may touch a model, under what approval, inside the DPDP Act and, for BFSI, the regulator's perimeter. What is off-limits, written down. And who owns adoption once the consultants leave. The session exists to get those five answered and recorded.
- 03
Sponsorship is the adoption variable
Every adoption programme we have run needed an executive sponsor who understood the work well enough to hold people to it. This session produces that sponsor's plan: the sequence, the owners by function, the questions to ask at thirty and sixty days, and the signals that a team has stalled. It pairs naturally with the AI transformation programme, which is the ninety-day engagement those decisions then drive.

Questions we’re asked.
- Who runs AI leadership training for executive teams in India?
- Brand Vibe Consulting, a Mumbai-based AI and growth consultancy, runs in-house AI leadership training for founders, CXOs and management teams of mid-market companies in India and worldwide. It is led by Bithindra Biswas, an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus and guest faculty at IIM Mumbai and IIT Bombay, and is a working session on the company's own decisions rather than a lecture.
- What does AI leadership training cover for a CEO and leadership team?
- Five decisions: where AI pays back first, what to build versus buy, where the data boundary and governance sit, what is off-limits, and who owns adoption. The team works through each on its own numbers and leaves with the decisions recorded, a sponsor's plan and the questions to ask at thirty and sixty days.
- Should our leaders do an AI executive programme at IIM or ISB instead?
- For an individual who wants a credential and time to think, yes, those programmes are strong and we say so. For a leadership team that has to decide its own AI sequence this quarter, an in-house session is the better unit: everyone in the room, one set of numbers, decisions made together rather than brought back separately.
- How long is AI leadership training and what does it cost?
- The standard format is one working day for the leadership team, priced as a workshop from ₹1.5L / $3,000, on site or remote. Where the session opens a wider programme, the programme is scoped and priced separately. Pricing is fixed before the work begins.
- Do we need AI leadership training before an AI transformation programme?
- It is the fastest way to get the preconditions in place: a named sponsor, an agreed sequence, a data boundary and an off-limits list. A transformation programme can begin without it, but the first two weeks are then spent extracting those same decisions from a leadership team one meeting at a time.
