What AI leadership training should change.
The test for AI leadership training is a clear change within ninety days, usually in these three places.

Business-school courses train one person
Executive programmes at business schools are good, and our founder teaches at two of them. They serve one person, with a certificate and other companies' case studies. A leadership team deciding its AI plan next quarter needs the whole team in one room, working on its own numbers.

Five decisions the team must make
First, where AI pays back first, ranked by return and readiness. Second, what to build or buy, and on whose systems. Third, data limits: what may go into an AI model and who approves it, under India's data protection law and, for banks, the regulator's rules. Fourth, what is off-limits, in writing. Fifth, who owns adoption after the consultants leave.

A senior sponsor decides whether AI gets used
Every adoption programme we have run needed a senior sponsor to hold people to it. This session writes that sponsor's plan: the order of work, an owner per function, questions for days thirty and sixty, and the signs of a stalled team. It leads into the ninety-day AI transformation programme.
