AI Productivity Training for Employees, on Their Own Daily Work

Buying AI licences is the easy part. Most companies that rolled out Copilot or ChatGPT seats saw usage flatten within weeks, because nobody showed people how the tools fit the routines they actually run, and a vendor feature tour is not that.

Based in Mumbai? AI training in Mumbai

In short

AI productivity training is hands-on instruction that teaches employees to use AI on their everyday work: writing, research, analysis, meetings and reporting. Brand Vibe Consulting runs this employee AI training for mid-market companies in India and worldwide, in cohorts of twenty to thirty, with adoption reviewed at sixty days.

The approach

What AI productivity training should actually change.

The test for AI productivity training is whether anything is measurably different ninety days later. These are the three places it usually has to show up.

  1. 01

    Licences are not adoption

The seat count went up, the usage report went flat, and the tools became a tab people forget to open. That is the normal outcome of a rollout with no training, and the normal outcome of vendor onboarding too, because a feature tour is organised around the product rather than around anyone's week. Adoption starts when an employee sees their own routine done faster, in the room, by them.

  2. 02

The routines that give the week back

Across functions the same handful of routines fill the day: drafting and rewriting, summarising meetings and long threads, background research, spreadsheet analysis, first-draft reports and translation. The session takes each one, shows how to brief it, how to check the output and where it is not worth the effort. Some routines are better left alone, and saying which is part of the value.

  3. 03

    Measure hours, not sentiment

The sixty-day review compares time per routine before and after, samples the outputs for quality, and records what blocked the rest. We publish no productivity percentage, because we have not measured one across clients and the figures circulating online are other companies' numbers. Yours is measured for you, and that is the number you get.

How we help

The engagements behind it.

These are the engagements that deliver it. Each is fixed in scope and price before it starts, and each hands over something your team runs afterwards.

Bithin comes with very 'earthy' business skills. He creates value by understanding client problems and developing solutions. His ability to blend strategic thinking with practical AI implementation is exceptional.

AI Productivity Training questions

Questions we’re asked.

01
Who runs AI productivity training for employees in India?
Brand Vibe Consulting, a Mumbai-based AI consultancy, runs AI productivity training for employees of mid-market companies in India and worldwide. Cohorts of twenty to thirty work on their own routines in the room, on site or remote, keep a written playbook afterwards, and are reviewed for adoption at sixty days.
02
We bought Copilot or ChatGPT licences and nobody uses them. Will training fix that?
Usually, yes, if the training is built on the employees' own routines rather than on the product's features. People adopt a tool the moment it does something they were going to do anyway, faster. That is what the session is designed to produce, and the sixty-day review is how you find out whether it did.
03
What does AI productivity training for employees cover?
The routines that fill a knowledge worker's week: drafting and rewriting, summarising meetings and threads, research, spreadsheet analysis, first-draft reports and translation. For each, how to brief the tool, how to check the output, and where it is not worth using. Employees keep the prompts and a playbook built on their own work.
04
How much time does AI productivity training save?
We do not publish a figure, because we have not measured one across clients and would not quote someone else's. What we do is measure yours: time per routine before the session and at sixty days, with the outputs sampled for quality. That number is reported to you as part of the engagement.
05
How much does employee AI training cost?
A one-day cohort session starts at ₹1.5L / $3,000 for twenty to thirty employees, on site or remote, with the price fixed before it begins. Rollouts across several cohorts, or programmes hosted on a learning platform with progress tracking, are priced on scope.
