Seats go up, usage stays flat, and the tool becomes a tab people forget to open. That is the usual result of a rollout with no training, or only a vendor's feature tour. People start using AI when they do their own task faster, in the room.

Across teams, the same tasks fill the day: writing, summarising meetings and email threads, research, spreadsheet analysis, first-draft reports and translation. For each one, the session shows how to brief the tool, how to check the output, and when AI is not worth the effort.
